How to reach the AKD team about integration, live access, and credential changes.

To speed things up, include:

• the merchant_id and environment (sandbox or live);
• the payment_id or external_order_id if it concerns a specific payment;
• the X-AKD-Event-ID if it concerns a specific webhook;
• when it happened (WIB or UTC) and the error code or message you received.

Change requests#

New API keys, key revocation, new webhook endpoints or URL changes, signature scheme changes, secret rotation, and refunds are made by the AKD team. Send the request from the registered owner email, naming the merchant_id, the environment, and the change you need. See also the Pengembang menu.
